As you may already know, Stearns & Foster produces the finest bedding in the country today. Stearns & Foster produces high quality mattresses with many comfort levels to choose from so occasionally a customer can select the wrong "feel". It has been our policy for the past 12 years, ever since our store has been in business, that every customer is entitled to the right "feel" when they purchase there new Stearns and Foster mattress set. If for any reason you're new Stearns & Foster online mattress purchase does not offer you the feel you desire, please contact our Sales Staff within 60 days after receiving your mattress set. Our Sales Staff can then help you select a new mattress that will meet your desired feel. When switching to a different mattress we will cover all of the transportation costs and we will remove the original mattress for you when the new one is delivered. You are only responsible for a one time $49.00 processing fee and any price difference if the new mattress you choose is at a higher cost than the original mattress. Please keep in mind, there are no refunds for choosing a lower cost mattress as a replacement and we will only be replacing the mattress, not the foundation. As a consumer it is important to know that you are dealing with Sales Staff that are experienced and knowledgeable about the mattress industry and trained in the product line. When you call us you are contacting a Stearns & Foster retail mattress store. Even though we only have one store location, our Internet presence is one of the largest for Stearns & Foster in the Midwest. Our Sales Staff work with customers via our Customer Service phone lines as well as in our showroom. We pride ourselves as having the answers to all of your questions and concerns at our finger tips. We feel that Customer Service is very important and we will do our best to answer your questions and concerns as promptly as possible and usually on the spot.

What are the chances that you might select the wrong mattress set?

People are often shocked when we tell them that we have fewer returns from our online customers than we do from our retail store customers. When we started in the Internet venture we were concerned that we would have extensive returns. This has not been the case. We average one return per 220 orders. We are not completely sure why but it appears that the Internet consumer is more educated about the product as well as the feel they want. Please rest assured if you become that one out of the 220 simply contact our Sales Staff and we will be happy to address your concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Why is there no comfort guarantee offered for a Mattress only?

Mattress sets are built to work in tandem as a mattress and box spring. The Stearns & Foster box spring is a highly technical support structure composed of steel, wood, and composite polymers. When used in conjunction with a Stearns & Foster mattress it is designed to provide many years of excellent support.
